Phone Channel Customer Service Representative

To be the first point of contact and primary user interface for all supported end users, for technical, informational and procedural assistance. Responsibility for the quality and timely processing of incoming calls on all supported systems globally. Ensure that all related tasks are handled in a controlled and compliant manner against all internal policies and procedures and external rules and regulations.

The functional duties of this position include answering incoming calls, trouble-shooting, request fulfillment, remote support, and trouble ticket escalation, monitoring and follow-up throughout the resolution cycle. The supported products are Desktop, Messaging, Voice, Blackberry, Video, Collaboration, Security and Remote Access. The First Touch Team consists of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) with basic knowledge (level 1) in the supported products.
