Follow goals & targets set by leaders, contribute to skills assessments, undertake training as required

Follow plans, schedules & direction in undertaking test analysis, test design, test execution & evaluation tasks - in a prioritised, controlled manner

Show awareness of risks in prioritising own tasks & assessing priorities set by others

Log defects & issues found during the test process & life-cycle

Support defect repair and retest, timely delivery & be on improving product quality

Contribute ideas on testing standards & processes within the testing practice
