Place of work: Budapest III. district.- Home Office opportunity.

Job Purpose

Managing Account Receivables and Credit Management functions to be responsible for all aspects for credit control and collections to ensure DSO targets are met.   Review risks and highlight issues and observations to management for business decision making.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Accounting and posting of incoming payments
  • Report of open items
  • Monitoring and clearing of open items
  • Monitoring payments
  • Clearing of differences, misstatements with the customer and other departments
  • Issuing dunning letters
  • Account Receivables and Credit Management
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Set up reports and analyses
  • Risk analysis of future customers
  • Preparation for month and year end closing
  • General accounting tasks.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Ideally knowledge in dealing with ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken German and English, further foreign language skills would be an advantage
  • Professional experience in accounts receivable or in a comparable position.
  • 1+ year experience in relevant role.
