IAM Specialist

Role purpose:

As an Identity and Access Management Specialist, the role is crucial in ensuring the secure and efficient management of digital identities within the organization. Plays a pivotal role in implementing, maintaining and enhancing our organization’s identity security. The primary focus is on the support of implementation, operation and maintenance of our organization’s new Identity Governance and Administration solution – Omada Identity.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementation, optimization of the Omada tool and support the Subject Matter Expert/L2 where required
• Work closely with IAM team members, L2 and IAM management in delivering an end-to-end Identity solution
• Analyze possibilities to extend IGA to multiple systems
• Support the automation effort driven by the L2 Engineer and management
• Being the point of contact for internal colleagues for Omada related queries/issues
• Detect, own and fix L1 issues related to Omada tool
• Identify key points for improvement and proactively report to L2/management
• Proactively address identity-related risks by monitoring and promptly detecting inappropriate access, policy violations, or weak controls
• Work closely with other Cyber Security teams, Business Areas, and stakeholders to ensure effective IAM solutions.
• Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices for the Omada tool.

Requirements:

• At least 2 year of experience in Cyber Security (preferably IAM)
• Experience with AD/AAD
• Experience in scripting / automation is an advantage
• Information Security / Cyber security certificate is an advantage (CISA/CISM/CISSP/CompTIA)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant experience
• Experience in IAM tools and technologies is a great advantage (e.g., Omada Identity, SailPoint, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
