About the job

Service team provides solutions that focusing on customers’ needs first in all product categories in 10 countries of Central-South European region. We are searching for a motivated Parts Inventory Specialist to this team who professionally coordinates the order and stock management regionally with excellent end user driven focus and attitude. Our ideal candidate is passionate about Consumer Electronics, has few years’ experience in Customer Service and/or in Logistics especially focused on stock management with confident analytical skills.

 

Tasks:

  • Manages Service Parts order based on need of regional Service Network
  • Continuously monitors the Part orders by keeping close contact with Warehouses
  • Coordinates the return management of the Parts
  • Handles stock management including inventory counting, buffer stock management
  • Creates reports about part sales and stock status (weekly, monthly)
  • Cooperates with accounting team to monitor AR statuses

 

Requirements:

  • College or University Degree preferably in Logistics or Engineering
  • Has min. 3 year experience in Customer Service or in Logistics and a customer (end user) driven focus & attitude
  • Fluent English
  • Works accurately and precisely, paying attention to details
  • Confident in MS Office
  • Takes ownership of problems until a solution is provided
