Customer Advocate Engineer
Our client is a manufacturer company. We are looking for Customer Advocate Engineer
Place: near Dunaújváros
Responsibilities:
- Eliminate dissatisfaction by ensuring customer issues are well managed and ultimately prevented
- Escalate customer issues to the right organization whenever needed, and support collaborative resolution in the customer’s best interest.
- Ensure all customer issues are regularly analyzed in order to identify top issues and launch projects to prevent them.
- Ensure that customer complaint leads to Robustness program update
- Collaborate with other organizations in order to contain, correct, and prevent problems affecting customers
- Lead execution of containment actions for known problems.
- Interact regularly with customers to better understand their expectations and concerns (Factory Acceptance Test)
- Collect product’s quality information and feedback them to related depts.
- Lead continuous improvement and claims dynamization.
Requirements:
- Mechanical or Quality Engineering Degree
- Experience in quality field
- Lean, manufacturing and process development knowledge
- English languages on communication level
- Relevant quality experience
