Functional safety engineer – Hardware
Place: Budapest (Hybrid 3+2 or 2+3)
Our client profile: automotive, number of employees under 100
Activities:
- Definition of suitable processes and measures for ISO26262 compliant HW development
- Contribute in Electronic projects and support HW development with regard to ISO26262 conformity
- Responsibility for the consistency between HW safety requirements, hardware-software interface (HIS), HW architecture and technical safety concept or system architectural design specification
- Specification and verification of HW safety requirements
- Definition and support of integration tests
- Contribute in the creation of the hardware-software interface
- Execute the HW-safety analyses FMEDA and FTA
- Contribute in the HW FMEA
Requirements:
- Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable qualifications with several years of professional experience.
- Excellent knowledge in the technical implementation of functional safety (according to ISO26262 or IEC61508)
- Very good knowledge of requirements or system development tools
- ASIL-C / ASIL-D (or SIL-2 / SIL-3)
- English or German skills required
